Non-Dual Psychotherapist | Existential Psychotherapy | Individuals & Couples | Online

I am a non-dual psychotherapist working online with individuals and couples. Rather than working only with thoughts, beliefs and personal stories, my work turns towards the awareness in which they appear: the silence and freedom that you already are. It is practical, and grounded in both clinical training and direct experience.

About me and my practice

Many forms of psychological suffering are rooted in a felt sense of separation. In our sessions we look directly at how thoughts, beliefs and identities are formed and held, and how they shape the way life is experienced. Sessions combine conversation with periods of shared silence or meditation, depending on what feels right for you. If you would prefer to work existentially, exploring questions of meaning, freedom and identity, that is equally welcome.

For a long time, I have been fascinated by the relationship between mind and body. This led me to Eastern philosophy, meditation and Chinese medicine, and then to psychology and psychotherapy. My clinical training is in existential psychotherapy, which remains the ground I work from at the level of the mind.

I work with couples, often alongside individual sessions with each partner, as personal growth is what makes deeper closeness possible.

My approach is always warm, caring, open and non-judgemental. I offer a safe and grounded space where you can explore yourself and meet what is here, at a pace that feels right for you.

Experience

People often come to me when they have had therapy before and feel something fundamental was left untouched, with existential or spiritual questions, or after a glimpse of awakening they want to integrate.

I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, eating disorders, neurodiversity, self-harm, suicidal ideation and abuse.

I have completed all training, clinical hours and doctoral research for a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology & Existential Psychotherapy, with my viva pending. My MSc dissertation was published in the European Journal of Psychiatry.
